Well all is well so far today. I didn't eat anything after 5:30 yesterday until about 9 this morning. Man that was really hard, I was hungry last night, went to bed to get my mind off of it. I woke up around 1 am and never really went back to sleep. I don't really sleep good at night anyway. Oh well, I figure if I just get my day going I will sleep better tonight. Took my pill around 9 and ate a bagel for breakfast, I know that isn't the really a good choice but I don't really care for breakfast food.
I just did my first walking about 25 minutes worth, I know that I am supposed to do 47 minutes but I was thirsty. I will try to get the rest in this afternoon. Lindsey (8) has a birthday party at McDonald's this afternoon, hope I can resist the food.
Well I did good, only ate a few chicken nuggets and the apples dippers. For supper I had half a pork chop. So far doing well. I do have to work at it, I was hoping for a miracle, but this isn't easy. But for the first time in a long time I am ready to lose the weight.
