Went today to get my diet pill filled, I talked with the pharmacist. Asked a lot of questions. He said that he had seen a lot of people lose a lot of weight on this pill. I asked what time I needed to take it in order for it not to effect my sleep, I was told to take it before 11 am. He said that this pill (Phentermine) was half of the pill Phen-Phen, the one that was pulled from the market years ago for causing health problems. But assured me that it was safe and that he didn't know of any problems with it. Will have to wait until tomorrow before I can start, to late in the day.
